Using a discount code, and the rules that apply.

Using a code
- Open Plans in PixelChat.
- Under Have a discount code?, enter the code and click Apply. PixelChat shows what it gives, and the plans it doesn't apply to say Code not valid for and the plan's name.
- Choose a plan as usual and approve it on Shopify's page.
The rules
- One code per store, ever. Codes can't be combined.
- The plan's fee only. A discount never applies to extra conversations.
- After the free trial. A discount starts once your trial ends, or with your plan if you don't have a trial.
- Limits. A code may be for certain plans only, last a number of 30-day periods, be for stores that haven't had a paid plan before, have a set number of uses, or expire.
- It carries over. If you change plans or reinstall PixelChat, a redeemed code carries over for the periods it has left.
