The free trial
14 days free on any plan, once per store.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You approve the plan on Shopify's page when you choose it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- One trial per store, ever. A store that has had a trial doesn't get another, even after uninstalling and reinstalling PixelChat.
- Changing plans during the trial keeps the days you have left.
- The trial's conversations. The trial includes up to your plan's included conversations, with no extra conversations. Once they're used, new chats show your team's contact buttons until the trial ends. Chats already under way that day continue.
- Start my plan now. When the trial's conversations are used, the PixelChat home page offers Start my plan now. It starts your plan straight away and ends the trial; Shopify bills the plan from that day.
- When the trial ends, your plan starts and is billed automatically. To stop it, uninstall PixelChat before then: see Cancelling your plan.
- Discount codes start after the trial.
