The chat bubble isn't showing on my store
If PixelChat is installed but the chat bubble doesn't appear, the app embed usually needs switching on in your theme.

Switch on the app embed
PixelChat appears on your storefront through an app embed in your theme. If the embed is off, the chat bubble won't show.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes.
- On your current theme, click Customize.
- Open App embeds.
- Switch on PixelChat.
- Click Save.

Viewing a development store
Development stores are password-protected. To see the chat, preview the storefront while you're logged in to your Shopify admin.
